应该是Journal of Computer Science and Technology吧，国内计算机学报英文版，很不容易中，CCF列表国内只有两个期刊是B类，一个就是它，一个是中国科学英文版。。可能在非211会不怎么看重，但是在211里发这个文章还是很有份量的
没有见到“computer science and technology”的报道。有一个“Journal of Computer Science and Technology”期刊，是Springer出版的，Ei Compendex 数据库自1990年收录至今。该刊也是Science Citation Index Expanded 数据库的源期刊。
